I wanted to take the time to officially thank you and your team for your professionalism, dedication, responsiveness and expertise.

From the very first meeting I knew we had picked the right person for the job. It was clear you knew what you were doing and had the confidence in your way of getting the job done. You knew the correct process and procedures that needed to be done to get the house sold as quickly as possible and for the right price. You handled well the delicate nuance of my aging grandmother in a respectful and polite manner while still focusing on the task at hand.

Your availability to respond to me with answers and advise were noticed and well appreciated. As you guided me through the moving, staging and other actions to get the house ready, you did so with care, self-sacrifice and determination. I believed in your expertise and did my best to follow all of your ideas and advice.

I relied heavily on that expertise when it came to dealing with the little things as well as the larger issue of a complicated driveway situation and temperamental neighbor. This is where your entire staff stepped up and did all it took to get the contract to settlement.

Even after great tragedy in your own personal life that needed your total attention, I never felt neglected or less valuable as a client. Your entire team was there to be just as responsive, just as dedicated and just as professional as you. It is a true example of a well run team of people who together, can achieve anything.

Dori is FANTASTIC!!! In today's market Dori was able to sell our home in just a few  months. We were able to make money on our investment and move to our new home in Florida. Dori found the perfect buyer for our home in just 5 1/2 weeks, while other homes in our community sat idle many months into their listings, and are still not sold.
